  35. This is a problem we have noted.  It seems some of the duplication 
  36. houses's machines had TBC and audio sync errors.  We have been assured 
  37. that this will not be the came with issue #2 which is slated for release 
  38. in less in about 10 days.

  44. You can be assured that EVERYTHING about the video will get better as 
  45. time goes on.  Look at issue #1 of just about anything... usually a lot 
  46. different than the same product a year later.  There will be no 
  47. difference with us.

  49. Also keep in mind that we at Lightspeed do not produce the tutorials.  
  50. They are scripted, shot and edited by the authors themselves, and are 
  51. usually sent to us on SVHS or 3/4" tape.  Until the day that everybody 
  52. can afford Betacam or non-linear recording equipment, we'll continue to 
  53. receive tapes of lesser quality.  We have begun to use Betacam for OUR 
  54. master tape to ensure we get the best quality possible out of an SVHS or 
  55. 3/4" tutorial tape.
